What to write to us about

  • Corrections. Tell us the page and what looks wrong. If you can, include a source. We fix confirmed errors and note the change date on the page.
  • Questions about a guide. We can clarify what a guide says. We cannot diagnose your pest problem from a description or photo.
  • Business inquiries. Partnerships and licensing questions are welcome.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide pest control services, inspections or emergency help.

  • For a possible poisoning or pesticide exposure, call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222, or 911 in an emergency.
  • For questions about a pesticide, the National Pesticide Information Center answers the public by phone and email.
  • For insect or plant problem identification, contact your county cooperative extension office.
  • For wildlife inside your home, contact your state wildlife agency or a licensed wildlife control operator.
